What are the options to receive my order?

You can self pick up the order at Tengah (nearest MRT station is Bukit Batok) or opt for delivery (charges apply). 

Is this a pre-order?

Yes! We are home-based, so our baked goods are made only when there is an order. 

How can I get all four different flavours for the box of four price?

You can select one piece from each flavour and add them to cart. A discount will be applied for these four pieces at checkout. 

I would like to order in big quantity, how can I do it?

For order more than 40 pieces, please give us a heads up two weeks in advance. You can DM us at our Instagram @thefinchstory for the order. 

When can I pick up or get my order delivered?

The order can be picked up/delivered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday unless stated. The schedule is released 2 weeks in advance. You can view the pick up or delivery date and time at Cart page. Please select both date and time for pick up/delivery before proceeding to Checkout. If there is no date and time selected during order, we will contact you via your email or phone number for the preferred pick up or delivery date and time. 

How long can I keep the scones?

The scones can be kept for up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge or up to a month in the freezer. For freshness, we recommend to consume it within 2 days.

How can I reheat the scones?

Reheat the scones in an oven toaster or oven at 140-145 degrees celsius for 10-15 mins. If it is kept in the freezer, you can reheat it for slightly longer. Just make sure it doesn't get burnt. 😉 

I have not tried reheating with an air fryer but it should do the job too. 🙂

How is my order packed?

The scones are packed in a box.

What is your Refund policy?

If you wish to cancel order and get a refund, please reach out to us before 24 hours to pick up or delivery. There is no refund for order that is delivered. See refund policy for more information.
