What are the options to receive my order?

You can self-pickup the order at Tengah (nearest MRT station is Bukit Batok) or opt for local delivery (charges apply). Please take note a minimum purchase of $25 is required for local delivery. 

Self arranged delivery - If you would like to arrange for your own delivery, please select Pickup in Store during checkout. For our heads up, please send a DM to our IG @thefinchstory with your order number and the name of the delivery service provider you will be using after placing an order.

When can I pickup or get my order delivered?

The order can be picked up/delivered on Friday and Saturday unless stated. Available time is 10am to 1pm. The schedule is released 11 days in advance. Follow us on our IG/TikTok for slots release update.

Please select both date and time for pick up/delivery before proceeding to Checkout. If there is no date and time selected during order, we will contact you via your email or phone number for the preferred pick up or delivery date and time. 

Is this a pre-order?

Yes this is on a pre-order basis. Slots for purchase are opened once a month only. Limited slots available. Please keep a lookout on our IG/TikTok for slots release.

I would like to order in big quantity, how can I do it?

For order more than 40 pieces, please give us a heads up two weeks in advance. You can DM us at our IG @thefinchstory for the order. 

How long can I keep the scones?

The scones can be kept for up to five days in an airtight container in the fridge or up to a month in the freezer. For freshness, we recommend to consume it within 2 days.

How can I reheat the scones?

Reheat the scones in an oven toaster or oven at 140-145 degrees celsius for 10-15 mins. If it is kept in the freezer, you can reheat it for slightly longer. Just make sure it doesn't get burnt. 😉 

I have not tried reheating with an air fryer but it should do the job too. 🙂

How is my order packed?

The scones are packed in a box.

What is your Refund policy?

If you wish to cancel order and get a refund, please reach out to us before 24 hours to pick up or delivery. There is no refund after that. See refund policy for more information.
